Agency - sales and lettings

Whether it’s offices, shops, industrial units or empty plots, we can let, buy or sell commercial property on your behalf.  With our regional knowledge, we have excellent understanding of the local market to help you secure the best deal.

Business rates

You don’t want to pay over the odds when it comes to business rates. We conduct business rates appraisals on properties large and small, negotiating with the Valuation Office Agency on your behalf.  If an agreement can't be reached we can make and manage formal appeals for you.

Landlord and tenant

Negotiations for lease renewals or rent reviews can be complex but we’ll help guide you through.  If you’re a landlord, we work to maximise your property's potential with rental valuations, lease assessments and advice based on market trends.  For tenants, we’ll study the local market to ensure you are getting a fair deal.  We can also act as expert witness, advocate, or impartial mediator during negotiations.
